To learn more about Maxim’s, visit Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, comments, and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Enhance overall customer satisfaction across business units by participating in industry customer service awards and revamping customer survey and feedback-sharing practices Maintain consistent, high-quality output from all customer service team members by managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conducting market benchmarking Provide relevant training and coaching to team members to support delivery of agreed objectives Consolidate valid customer compliments and complaints on a quarterly basis and review team performance to drive continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related discipline A minimum 6 years of experience in customer services Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude Proficient in MS Office Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Immediate available is highly preferred Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Customer Service and Public Relations Industries: Food and Beverage Services, Retail, and Hospitality Location: Kowloon City District, Hong Kong SAR Salary: HK$30,000.00‑HK$50,000.00 Interested parties please send your resume with current and expected remuneration package via "Apply".
