Execute and manage customer service strategies to meet corporate objectives and meet tenants’ expectations in a premium commercial building Assist in supervising the customer service team to carry out daily operations to meet the high quality service standard Formulate and update the customer service handling guidelines and standard operation procedures to upgrade the service level Liaise with tenants and different line departments to formulate the follow‑up actions for service enhancement To handling customer enquiries and complaints Monitor, analyze and report customer service performance trends Assist in ad hoc events and activities assigned by superiors Develop and implement annual customer service plans and budgets Periodically review and optimize customer service processes, frontline operational guidelines, and emergency response plans to improve operational efficiency Conduct regular performance appraisals for subordinates, providing coaching and feedback to foster team development Oversee the recruitment, training, and talent pipeline development for the team Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, communicating regularly with key tenants to understand their needs and requirements Requirements Degree holder or above in in any disciplines A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experiencein customer service or hospitality industries Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive Strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in spoken & written Cantonese, English and Putonghua Regular office working hours Application Questions How many years' experience do you have as a customer service manager?
