高级管理层生活/业务私人助理Personal Assistant to the Senior Management

Position Overview A financial publicly listed company is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Senior Management for both personal and business needs. Ideal candidates should hold a degree in finance, have experience as a private assistant to senior executives, possess a valid Hong Kong driving license, and demonstrate attention to detail in caring for the Senior Management’s needs. Job Responsibilities Arrange travel for the Senior Management and accompany during working hours while handling personal matters Make reservations for the Senior Management, organize schedule, and provide appropriate reminders, accompanying during outings Receive guests of the Senior Management and manage meeting room bookings Handle any other ad hoc projects assigned by the management team Manage household affairs Complete other tasks assigned by the Senior Management Pick up and drop off the Senior Management for outings Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, graduates from prestigious universities preferred 3 years of relevant PA work experience, preferably in economics or finance Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English) Ability to handle appropriate work pressure and complete tasks quickly and efficiently Capable of multitasking Willingness to accept flexible working hours and work late if necessary Must possess a valid driving license; immediate availability preferred Application Instructions Please provide a Chinese resume and expected salary All application materials will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of recruiting for this position.
