RESPONSIBILITIES Bridge deep technical expertise with real business impact Guide clients, sales teams, and developers through complex technical decisions, shape solutions before they’re built, and ensure promises match deliverables Jump into discovery calls, translate business needs into technical approaches, validate feasibility, and advise both clients and internal teams across a wide range of technologies Serve as the go‑to person for clarity, direction, and technical expertise in client and internal conversations Drive C‑level advisory and architecture decisions across large‑scale domains: cloud, data, enterprise systems, and full‑stack development Lead technical discovery, evaluate system requirements, estimate effort, identify risks, and provide options that balance speed, cost, and quality Act as a principal‑level consultant for clients, explaining complex technical concepts in plain language Represent technology in client conversations, proposals, pitches, and upsell opportunities Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth solution design to execution process Stay current with modern technologies and help teams adopt the right tools, frameworks, and practices Support internal capability growth by mentoring engineers and uplifting overall technical maturity QUALIFICATIONS Hands‑on experience across multiple domains, e.g., web, mobile, cybersecurity, or cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ability to apply expertise to diverse business challenges Experience shaping solutions, advising clients, or supporting pre‑sales in a technology‑driven company Ability to translate messy business requirements into clean technical specifications Confident communicator who can simplify complexity without losing accuracy Comfortable working in an AI‑first environment, able to evaluate AI‑driven approaches and advise clients on when AI adds real value Industry visibility through speaking, writing, training or thought leadership, representing Gradion’s expertise with credibility and maturity Operates with empathy and trust, especially in cross‑department collaboration Comfortable switching between client‑facing consulting, technical advisory, and internal engineering discussions NICE TO HAVE Experience in multiple domains (cybersecurity, fullstack, enterprise systems, cloud, data, DevOps) Exposure to multi‑country or cross‑cultural teams BENEFITS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Join Vietnam’s Best IT Company – Gradion Vietnam recognized by ITViec for 7 consecutive years.
