Oracle is scaling our Cloud Infrastructure footprint in Hong Kong—and we’re looking for an experienced architect‑minded Customer Success Manager to help customers modernize, optimize, and scale on Oracle Cloud. This is a role for someone who enjoys deep technical engagement, influencing multi‑cloud architecture decisions, and guiding enterprise customers through real transformation—not just managing support. You’ll be the trusted advisor customers rely on to architect best‑in‑class OCI solutions, unlock long‑term cloud value, and accelerate adoption. What You’ll Lead & Own Act as the primary cloud advisor for enterprise customers—guiding adoption, modernization, performance optimization, migration roadmap, and architecture best practices. Own the customer cloud lifecycle , from onboarding to expansion—ensuring strong usage, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with Sales, Architecture, and Product teams to influence roadmap, improve solution quality, and grow our presence across accounts. Identify opportunities to expand compute, storage, network, database and security consumption—driving renewals, upsell, and long‑term cloud growth . Lead delivery governance: performance, cost optimization, availability, scalability & operational best practices. Champion technical escalations internally and ensure timely resolution with engineering & support teams. Build strong stakeholder relationships at C‑level and technical architect level , acting as a strategic advisor for stability, scalability & modernization. Share architecture insights, reusable patterns and best practices with cross‑regional teams; optionally mentor junior members and lead cloud transformation projects. What You Bring 10+ years in Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering / Architecture / Service Delivery. Solid experience across cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) , hybrid or multi‑cloud workload environments. Strong foundation in one or more areas: Compute | Networking | Storage | Virtualization | Containers | Security | Database Track record of working with enterprise customers—advisory, technical leadership, migration projects, or service ownership. Comfortable engaging both technical and executive stakeholders—from solutioning to commercial discussions. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP are advantageous. Why Join Oracle?
