Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant CRM Manager to join our team You will play an integral role in collaborating closely with various teams to develop and implement CRM strategies, enhance customer engagement, and lead a small team to support multiple brand partnerships. Your responsibilities will include creating personalized customer communications, conducting campaign performance analysis, and optimizing brand performance through actionable insights and joint promotions with partners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Digital teams to plan, develop, and execute CRM strategy and customer roadmap to acquire, grow, and nurture customers;
  • Provide creative advice on elevating customer journey and engagement strategy;
  • Lead a small team to partner with different Vita Green brands;
  • Create personalized communication by collaborating with the Marketing team to build compelling messages and content;
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune campaign flows, channels, segments, and messages;
  • Define campaign performance metrics, measure performance, monitor KPIs, and derive actionable insights;
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize brand and campaign performance by working with cross-functional teams;
  • Maintain a joint campaign calendar across multiple brands and optimize for campaign synergies;
  • Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or similar field with at least 5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in Retail/FMCG;
  • Proven record in implementing CRM programs, campaign management, and customer lifecycle management;
  • Experience working with external agencies;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation/BI tools (e.g., Oracle ORCE, Eloqua, Tableau);
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong data analytic skills;
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good communication and presentation skills to all levels of stakeholders;
  • Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
