Insurance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute group insurance framework and set up group insurance strategy
- Drive the excellence of group insurance program and local insurance program
- Perform compliance review on insurance policies and evaluate the insurance requirements for the Group’s businesses and operations with business partners including vendors, construction contractors and service providers
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for all projects and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate potential risks.
- Handle all insurance claims, from initial reporting to final settlement, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Ensure the robustness of end-to-end insurance process
- Build the risk management capability across the Group
- Play a key role in driving the company compliance program
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 10 years of working experience in insurance and risk management
- Experience in property and casualty insurances, marine hull and protection & indemnity, construction related insurances and group medical benefits scheme arrangements with exposure in technical claims and interpretation of legal liability
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new things
- Good leadership but also be able to go deeper on functional areas
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
