Our quantitative research team is looking for a professional to develop quantitative tools and investment strategies for our clients. As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you will use advanced statistic methods and machine learning algorithms to construct factor libraries and investment strategies. What are your key day-to-day responsibilities: Lead the overall content strategy and planning of the company, formulating and executing content initiatives closely aligned with business growth objectives; Based on in-depth research, define content directions and goals and develop a data-driven content matrix to enhance content impact and reach; Oversee the discovery and interpretation of global financial market trends, guiding the team to produce diversified, high-quality content suitable for multiple channels (APP, website, social media, etc.); Build and manage the content ecosystem, establishing a structured process for content ideation, production, distribution, and optimization, while actively promoting the use of AI and other technologies; Develop and implement content performance monitoring and evaluation systems aligned with key business metrics, driving growth through effective content operations strategies; Manage and develop the content team, enhancing members’ overall capabilities in creative planning, editorial writing and content operations. What We Require from You: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, or related disciplines; At least 5 years of experience in financial content creation and operations, with 2+ years in team management. Prior experience as Chief Editor or Head of Content is preferred; Strong expertise in content design, production, quality control and performance evaluation. Proven experience in building or optimizing content systems and operating overseas financial media platforms/ websites/ accounts is a plus; Solid knowledge of financial markets, with deep understanding of U.S. equities, commodities, forex and cryptocurrency sectors; Strong data literacy, interest and hands-on experience in applying AI technologies in the content field is an advantage; Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and coordination skills; a strong sense of ownership, creativity and problem-solving ability.
