Assistant Manager/ Senior Accountant, Business Planning & Analytics (Ref: CND3) Build financial models and operational matrix, business case and profitability analysis to justify Capex/ Opex investment and facilitate funding approval. Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management, including identifying trends, risk and opportunities. Monitor business performance and support Business Unit to drive business performance, strategic initiatives and meet annual targets. Manage financial accounting activities, including month-end closing, journal posting, internal recharging and monthly reporting. Comply with appropriate business processes and accounting best practices to maintain and strengthen controls. To succeed in this role: Qualified Accountant with Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. 8+ years related experience; e-Commerce/ retail/ loyalty reward program experience preferred but not a must. Analytical, detail-oriented, independent, committed, with good business acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle/ Hyperion/ AI experience is a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese.
