The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment. You Will Be Responsible For Assisting the Manager in the development of HKPM membership schemes and programmes, in particular on developing strategies to grow and cultivate HKPM Patrons with the objective to maximise the support and contribution from this premium tier of membership to HKPM. Assisting the Manager in developing and implementing cultivation strategies for Patrons including benefits, events and communications to tighten Patrons relationship with HKPM. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing Patrons, providing a high level of customer service, addressing inquiries and issues promptly. Identifying, developing and initiating new ideas for patron acquisition by actively seeking new relationships and building a network of contacts. Prospect vetting and preparing profiles on potential individuals; coordinating all correspondences for patrons and donors including acknowledgement letters, tax receipts, etc. Ensuring data of prospects and donations are appropriately captured in the CRM system. Ensuring the development, implementation and adherence to relevant policies and procedures of WKCDA in compliance with the Donation and Sponsorship Policy and Guidelines. Assisting the Manager to reach the Development targets in line with the corporate and business plan; ensuring delivery on these targets. Managing the creation of any relevant Patrons related materials and communications and working with HKPM teams and Communications and Marketing team to ensure information correctness and brand alignment. Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with the Development teams in other Divisions to ensure clear communication and alignment. Performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority. You Should Possess a recognised university degree in any discipline. Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in development or related work. Demonstrate experience of interacting HNW individuals and handling donation efforts. Have experience in not-for-profit arts organisations is an asset but not required. Demonstrate attention to details. Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
