Assistant Maintenance Manager - The Henderson Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C- )) manages a new property, The Henderson, a bold architectural masterpiece and the city's most spectacular commercial development in Central. We are continuously dedicated to providing excellent and valued‑added property management services for our landlords and customers and are now inviting candidates for the position of Assistant Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Assist Maintenance Manager in supervising the site maintenance team and overseeing all maintenance &operations of facilities for The Henderson. Plan, schedule and supervise maintenance team & contract‑out services to conduct routine inspections and report issues of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety etc.). Provide technical support to the Leasing Team for tenants’ fit‑out and feasibility studies. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, local codes) and company policies. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies. Train and mentor junior maintenance staff. Document maintenance activities, including work orders and preventive maintenance logs. Assist in budget preparation and cost‑control measures. Requirements Degree in Building Services or related disciplines. Professional qualifications such as Chartered Engineer or equivalent. 7 years post‑qualification experience in commercial developments, with minimum 3 years at managerial level. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building automation systems (BIM is preferred). Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
