We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Logistic Manager to join our Hong Kong Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and level of inventory on a national/regional level. You will also play a key role in managing and optimizing shelf availability, percentage of stock, inventory depreciation levels, warehouse fill rates, and forecast accuracy, among other KPIs for Sephora Hong Kong. Providing Supply Chain Insights Collect, process, and analyze supply chain data to generate actionable insights. Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process. Apply statistical techniques and tools (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing) to interpret complex datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to optimize supply chain processes. Conduct analysis using analytical models to pinpoint root causes of problems and develop effective solutions. Reporting and Visualization Provide clear, concise, and regular reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Effectively communicate findings and present data visually. Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports. Performance Monitoring and Risk Management Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assess vendor operations and evaluate supplier performance and reliability. Identify potential risks and disruptions through predictive analytics and develop contingency plans. Track the delivery of savings projects and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting related to logistics. System Implementation and Configuration Participate and contribute to the demand planning system implementation. Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements within the demand planning system. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and propose system enhancements that align with evolving business needs. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new features or modules within the demand planning software. Participate in cross-functional meetings and project teams to represent the demand planning system perspective. Warehouse Management Streamline warehouse management and coordination. Ensure smooth inbound and outbound management, with efficiency on stock handling. Peak management to ensure fulfilment needs of stores and EC. Ensure the warehouse performs within committed KPIs. Involve in assessment and enhancement on warehouse operation/relationship management. Provide insights into potential stock shortages/aging issues. Track the delivery of savings projects and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting related to logistics and waste. Others Manage ad hoc or dynamic project based on requests. We would love to hear from you if… You have minimum 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain ideally in retail industry, with demand planning experience will be a big plus. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related studies will be a plus. You have good analytical and Excel skills. You’re business oriented, passionate in beauty with ownership and initiatives. You’re well-organized, detail-oriented and result driven. You’re able to communicate and collaborate across different departments. You’re able to handle pressures and meet tight deadlines. You have good command of written and oral English.
