About the role Hoya Lens Hong Kong Ltd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Shatin. This full-time role reports directly to the APAC Supply Chain Director, with a matrix reporting line to the Managing Director, Hong Kong. Leading an intial team of 4, the role is responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand and supply management, inventory management, warehouse and logistics operations, as well as related performance reporting. What you'll be doing Develope and drive HLHK’s supply chain strategy in alignment with the company’s mid- to long-term business development plans, ensuring these strategies are effectively translated into actionable supply chain initiatives. Foster strong collaboration across supply chain functions, third-party service providers, and local commercial teams to support operational objectives and key performance metrics. Stimulate the design and implementation of new ideas & approaches to continuously improve processes and increase efficiencies. Conduct monthly demand review/ S&OP meeting with Commercial /Marketing team to consolidate Demand/Sales Forecasts to prepare the monthly, quarterly & annual budget forecast according to country status & budget and demand/supply planning data. Manage inventories of finished & semi-finished goods to meet sales demand and DOH (Days on Hand) targets and established healthy inventory level, stock accuracy with minimal OOS (Out-Of-Stock). Be accountable for the end-to-end operation governance, including but not limited sales and purchase planning, Custom clearance, logistic management, warehouse and stock point planning, complaint handling and return process and any other supply chain related activities and projects. Manage day to day work of Supply Chain to maximize capacity utilization and optimal resource allocation. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain Mgmt/Logistics, Science). End to end supply chain experience is preferred but candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience including experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP, supply chain systems. Good command in English both writing and speaking. Good team/worker management experience and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, strong adaptability and coordination ability, high energy level and work under the pressure. Relevant operational experience.
