Job Description Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve supply chain KPIs. Lead global optimisation projects aimed at reducing lead times, improving service levels, and driving cost efficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise processes, integrate automation, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting tools. Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, process improvement, or operational excellence roles. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles; PMP certification is a plus. Proven track record in leading global projects and driving measurable improvements.
