The incumbent shall apply analytical skills and show attention to detail in order to qualify quotations from supplier before Bid Analysis Review (BAR) preparation. The incumbent shall also have the ability to identify irregularities in the BAR. The Senior Manager will expect to lead complex project and to support other team members. The incumbent will be expected to develop and lead the team during the absence of the VP of Procurement.
