Mechanical Engineer (White Goods Appliances / Smart Home Appliances) Work on the mechanical design and manufacturing process of the Home Appliance. Assist in the mechanical design of a product to fulfil requirements, including but not limited to components and material selections, 3D/2D drawing, definition of specifications, BOM preparation, NPD and production process, and maintenance of design changes, etc. Support the evaluation of products and parts, and assist in resolving engineering issues. Prepare documents and regular reports for assigned projects. Support project-related activities with the project and production teams. Develop test plans, arrange testing, and analyze improvements during the NPI phase. Handle RFQs. Address customer complaints and provide technical support to other departments. Requirements Min. 3 years of product design and development experience, with familiarity with the basic structure of plastic and metal molds. Knowledge of the properties of common plastic and metal materials, as well as their post-processing techniques. Understanding of the product development process from R&D to mass production. Familiarity with DFMEA requirements and documentation, as well as product tolerance analysis. Ability to independently complete product design and evaluation, with strong skills in analyzing product anomalies. Proficient in using Creo software (3D and 2D) and familiar with related computer operating software. Experience in product structural design and follow-up, particularly with control modules for small or white goods appliances, or familiarity with user interface modules (with display screens) development is preferred. Ability to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good teamwork, communication skills, and hands‑on capability. Good communication in both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Mechanical Engineer position.
