About the role Join the dynamic team at Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as an (Assistant) Building Service Coordinator / BS Engineer / E&M Project Engineer. In this full‑time role based in the Kwun Tong District, you will play a crucial part in the company's Building Services Engineering projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high‑quality electrical and mechanical installations. What you’ll be doing Coordinate and manage building services engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and identify potential issues. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems. Provide technical support and advice to project teams, addressing any challenges that arise. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Participate in design reviews and offer recommendations for process improvements. What we’re looking for Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in building services engineering or project management. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Proficient in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Proactive problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Hong Kong.
