Engineer / Associate / Technical Director (AC / EL) Prepare and review building services designs for various development and mission‑critical projects. Conduct site inspections and attend coordination meetings throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities from concept design to construction completion. Associate / Senior Associate (AC) Job Description: Lead building services design and oversee project administration for a range of developments, including mission‑critical facilities. Supervise site inspections, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards. Serve as a key liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout all project phases. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence and innovation within the team. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design and project management. Candidates with additional experience or professional qualifications will be considered for the Senior Associate position. Proven leadership and coordination skills in multidisciplinary environments. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proactive, responsible, and committed to delivering high‑quality service and solutions. Chartered Engineer status (e.g., MHKIE, RPE) is essential. Technical Director (AC / EL) Job Description: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership across major building services projects. Oversee design quality, project delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Cultivate client relationships and support business development initiatives. Lead and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 18 years of experience in building services design and project leadership. Extensive experience in managing large‑scale or complex projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Visionary mindset with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
