Brokerage & IFA Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Support the Channel Head in implementing and executing business plans and strategic initiatives for mapped accounts. Lead a team of Partnership Development Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop new business ideas and drive continuous improvement of the brokerage channel sales platform. Manage sales performance of mapped accounts and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive new initiatives, unlock business potential, and increase market share. Facilitate Training Representatives to deliver quality, compliant, and consistent business practices. Monitor brokers' business performance and sales quality to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Champion digital enablement initiatives internally and externally to enhance operational efficiency. Provide on-the-job coaching and career development planning for subordinates. Ensure team members performing regulated activities hold the necessary licenses and meet all compliance requirements. Requirements: University degree or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products. Proven ability to work independently with a self-driven and proactive mindset. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin required). Working knowledge of MS Office applications. Preferred: Insurance Authority (IA) licenses (Papers 1, 2, 3, and 5) and MPFA license (Paper 4).
