About the Role In order to cope with our expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to join us as a Head of Institutional Sales . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling institutional sales teams, with deep knowledge of crypto markets, digital asset products, and institutional client needs. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to build and grow institutional client relationships. Lead, mentor, and expand the institutional sales team to achieve growth targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the institutional client base. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high‑value deals. Pitch relevant company products, such as market‑maker programs, OTC trading, custody, and staking services. Collaborate with product, legal, and research teams to ensure successful deal execution and compliance. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications A degree in a relevant field like Finance, Business, or Economics is preferred. 10+ years in institutional sales, with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams. Deep knowledge of financial products, including equities, derivatives, and crypto markets. Extensive network of contacts within the institutional crypto or traditional finance space. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in tools like CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
