Job Title: HR Manager, Hong Kong Visual Center Location: Hong Kong Reports to: (Head of HR / Business Leader at Headquarters) Core Mission: To act as the "HR Pioneer" and "Cultural Bridge" for our Hong Kong operations, taking full ownership of building, integrating, and stabilizing the Visual Center team from the ground up. Responsibilities 1. Team Building & Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within the Hong Kong Visual Center. Utilize a variety of local Hong Kong recruitment channels to proactively source and attract top talent. 2. Employee Onboarding & Cultural Integration Execute seamless and professional onboarding procedures for new hires. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to introduce company culture, policies, and business objectives, facilitating a smooth integration. Proactively manage employee relations, foster a positive work atmosphere, and implement initiatives to enhance team cohesion and a sense of belonging. 3. HR Operations & Compliance (SSC Functions) Administer daily personnel matters for the Hong Kong Visual Center staff, including MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), attendance, and leave management. Ensure all HR operations and practices strictly comply with the Hong Kong SAR Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations. Serve as the key communication bridge between the Hong Kong team and Mainland headquarters, ensuring accurate and efficient information flow. Provide regular reports to headquarters management on HR status, recruitment progress, and team dynamics. Effectively communicate the company's strategic direction, policies, and corporate culture to the Hong Kong team. Qualifications & Requirements Mandatory Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Languages: Must be fully proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Putonghua), with fluency in both written and verbal communication across all three. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a proven track record of independently managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and coordination skills, high cultural sensitivity, strong initiative, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Prior study, life, or work experience in Hong Kong is highly advantageous. Knowledge of or experience with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF schemes, and related labor regulations is strongly preferred. Recruitment experience within creative, design, media, or visual arts industries is a plus.
