Responsibilities Responsible for daily operations of F&B outlets within the venue as well as outside caterings Provide professional services to customers Handle and solve guest complaint and feedback to management for improvement Provide support to drive and lead team members to achieve business target and exceed customers’ expectation Monitor and maintain high quality food and beverage standard to serve and present to customers Perform any ad hoc duty as required Requirements Form 5 or above Minimum 2 years of banquet operation experience or F&B assistant supervisor experience is preferred A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner with positive attitude, patience and work independently as well as able to solve problems with minimal supervision Proficient in computer operation and MS OfficeGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese Shift duty is required Interested parties please click "Apply now" or email your full resume stating the present & expected salaries to HR Department via Company website.
