The Role We’re looking for a Sales Manager who is passionate about technology and eager to grow with a high‑performing team. This is a commission‑based role with flexible work‑from‑home arrangements , ideal for someone who thrives in a results‑driven environment and values autonomy. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients in Hong Kong and beyond. Promote our consultancy services including digital transformation, cybersecurity, and strategic IT planning. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with our Project Director and Head of Data & AI to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities. Track and report on sales performance and pipeline development. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT consulting or tech services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented. Familiarity with digital transformation, cybersecurity, or IT strategy is a plus.
