We are seeking a hunter—a results-driven Sales Representative to own the front end of our sales cycle. Your core mission: generate new business and close deals. Job Title Part‑Time Sales Representative (Customer Acquisition & Closer) Schedule Part‑Time, 3 Days / 24 Hours Per Week (Flexible schedule within business hours) Compensation Base Hourly Rate + Commission. High performers will be considered for a full‑time salaried + commission role with benefits. Application Process Three‑Stage Interview (Initial Screening, Practical Project, Final Interview) Role Description You will be directly responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on the challenge of turning a cold lead into a closed deal. Core Responsibilities Customer Outreach & Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social selling (primarily LinkedIn) to generate new sales opportunities. Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales pipeline—from first contact to contract signature. Conduct discovery calls, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate terms, and secure closed‑won business. Customer Acquisition: Be the primary driver for new client acquisition. Develop and execute strategies to hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Supporting Responsibilities CRM Management: Log all activities, update deal stages, and maintain a pristine pipeline in HubSpot. Reporting: Use Excel to track performance metrics, analyse outreach effectiveness, and forecast sales. Requirements A Closer: Proven desire to hunt, pitch, and win. Motivated by commission and hitting targets. A Sports Insider: University degree and background in sports (athlete, coach, or sports‑adjacent role). Speak the language of performance. A Resilient Communicator: Strong English skills and confidence to pick up the phone and make cold calls daily. Technically Proficient: Adept with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Excel. Organized & Driven: Manage time effectively, follow a process, and be self‑motivated in a part‑time, results‑oriented role. Bonus Skills Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or other dialects). Prior sales experience, especially with a track record of closing. Experience selling to sports organizations, schools, or athletic departments.
