Responsibilities Partner with local Business Development Team, Middle Office, and Back Office Teams for daily operation. Provide exceptional support to existing user base including market commentary and product education. Handle enquiry through phone calls, email conversation, and live chat with professional manner. Deliver multiple solutions with great value and services to customers. Expand Asian market and follow up on feedback and complaints. Develop and maintain business knowledge. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Relationship management and business trip is required. Requirements Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline. With 2 years experience in key account management and business development. Enjoy interaction with people and passionate in client services areas within financial institutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Good team player, proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and details. Well organized, self‑motivated, proactive and strong problem‑solving skills, able to work within a tight timeline.
