About the company Our client is a globally recognized international law firm committed to provide legal services in Hong Kong and Asia. They are currently looking for a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join the team. About the team As a Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will be directly reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, fostering client growth and increasing the visibility of the Firm globally. About the job The Marketing & Business Development Executive will: Prepare legal directories and award submissions and assist in preparing pitch documents and capability statements in English and Chinese Coordinate with suppliers and venues for client-facing events, presentations, and webinars, managing event invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and executing post-event feedback and ROI analysis. Maintain the firm's English and Chinese websites, including the deal list, brochures, and lawyers' profiles, and develop social media plans for the Asian market, including content for WeChat. Assist in preparing and distributing press releases, editorials, and articles to promote the firm's brand across the Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen offices. Update marketing materials, manage the e-alert and e-invitation process, and liaise with vendors on the production of marketing materials. Support and manage the documentation and logistics for business development trips, and work with the BD Manager to implement business development plans for offices and fee earners. Conduct competitor analysis, prepare analytics reports, and ensure consistent branding, imagery, and key messaging across all BD, marketing, and communications activities. Qualifications Degree holder with 2+ years of marketing and BD experience, ideally within a law firm. Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools. High level of attention to detail in copywriting and written communications. Ability to communicate confidently within the organization, with vendors, and with clients. Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. A collaborative team player with experience working in a global business environment. Candidates with relevant event marketing or content marketing experience in other professional services firms (e.g., finance, consulting) will be considered. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator role.
