Head of Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Strategy We are seeking a senior, polished, relationship-driven Head of Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Strategy to lead global partnerships, ecosystem development, and commercial initiatives for a high-growth, globally recognised technology platform operating at the center of the Web3 and fintech ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, externally facing leadership role suited for an individual from big tech, fintech, or crypto who brings strong executive presence, strategic capability, and the ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders across technology, finance, and emerging innovation sectors. This role offers significant autonomy, global exposure, and the opportunity to shape commercial direction at a pivotal moment of expansion. Relocation to Hong Kong is strongly preferred and fully supported. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Build, deepen, and manage senior-level relationships with global partners across technology, finance, fintech, and Web3. Identify and negotiate high-impact collaboration opportunities that elevate the brand’s international profile. Serve as a senior external representative of the organisation in key meetings, partner discussions, and industry forums. Develop and execute commercial and partnership strategies across new verticals, geographies, and market segments. Create structured processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms to professionalise the commercial function. Lead complex negotiation cycles with strategic partners, major brands, and corporate stakeholders. Executive Communication & Representation Present confidently to C-suite executives, investors, and strategic partners. Represent the organisation at industry events, high-level meetings, and external engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO on commercial direction, partnership priorities, and ecosystem trends. Cross-Functional & Operational Leadership Work closely with marketing, operations, production, finance, and leadership to deliver strategic initiatives. Improve commercial operations, reporting structure, forecasting accuracy, and partner experience workflows. Support the build-out of the commercial and partnerships team as the organisation scales. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 10–15+ years in strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, ecosystem development, go-to-market leadership, or general management . Background in globally recognised organisations (e.g., big tech, fintech, high-growth international platforms, Web3 companies). Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior-level decision makers. Experience working across international markets; APAC experience is a strong advantage. Web3 or fintech expertise is a plus, but not required — curiosity and adaptability are more important. Skills & Attributes Strong executive presence — polished, confident, articulate communicator. Exceptional relationship-building skills with high EQ and cross-cultural fluency. Strategic thinker with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and process into a fast-moving environment. Comfortable working directly with a founder/CEO and navigating a dynamic, high-growth culture. Entrepreneurial, proactive, resourceful, and energised by a highly visible external-facing role.
