Head of Marketing, Promotions & Partnerships | Shopping Mall A prominent corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, involved in various retail projects across Hong Kong and China, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Marketing, Promotions & Partnerships. This role entails leading the Marketing, Promotions, and Partnerships Team for a large shopping mall in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will report directly to the Department Head and manage a team of 10 professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement branding strategies that align with corporate objectives. Create comprehensive marketing and communications strategies and action plans. Organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities. Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat. Implement public relations strategies, including media relations and community engagement. Drive marketing partnerships and licensing income to support sales initiatives. Build and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance collaboration and brand visibility. Oversee P&L management related to marketing and partnership activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, promotions, and partnership development in large corporations. Strong background in the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industries. Experience managing marketing activities targeting Chinese tourists and executing promotional campaigns for shopping malls in China. Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent interpersonal communication. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. A proactive mindset focused on driving sales and partnership growth; potential to groom into a deputy site in charge within a short timeframe.
