Head of Marketing & Promotions (multiple malls) | property developer, retail Are you an experienced marketing leader looking to make a significant impact on an iconic retail portfolio? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at a leading Hong Kong corporation. As the Team Head of Marketing and Promotions, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts across the company's prestigious shopping malls in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the General Manager (overall O&L owner), you will lead a dynamic team of 15-20 marketing professionals across several shopping malls in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive footfall and sales across the retail portfolio. Leveraging your expertise and industry insights, you will identify and capitalize on emerging trends to ensure the continued success of these premier shopping destinations. Responsibilities Strong ability to develop branding strategies that are aligned with the corporate brand Proficiency in developing comprehensive and integrated marketing and communications strategies and action plans Exceptional planning skills to organize year-round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to support planned promotional programs, events, and happenings at the venue Expertise in planning and executing social media strategies across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and more Demonstrated leadership and management abilities in implementing public relations strategies, including media relations, securing media coverage, community relations, and engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) Regularly liaise and meet with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related discipline Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience in large corporations Essential knowledge and previous exposure to the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industry Excellent skills in team management and interpersonal communication Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages Apply / Refer a Friend Interested parties, please send your CV / LinkedIn profile to Scarlett Chan at or apply directly.
