We are looking for an individual who shares the same values as us to take up the position of Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser. Role Overview Here is what you need to know about this role: Support the Manager to ensure all orders are properly followed through and meet customers’ budget requirements and quality. Manage the entire product development and order execution processes with vendors, customers, and internal parties to meet KPI. Build a strong local and regional vendor network to support business growth. Assist in planning and developing vendor strategies, product costing/placement, manage vendor relationships and production oversight to optimize performance. Ensure products meet established standards for safety and quality in alignment with customer sourcing objectives. Maintain strong business relationship with clients. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on‑time delivery. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines. 2-3 years merchandising experience for Toys or Hardgoods. Familiar with EU toys market and product compliance requirement. Strong communication skills with overseas customers and vendors are essential. Well organized individual with strong problem‑solving skills, willing to learn and adapt newness. With positive thinking and open mindset, hands‑on working style. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Occasional travel is required.
