As a Senior Sweater Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in shaping our production process and ensuring that our customers receive the best products on time. Job Description Collaborate for Success: Work with your division to align with business objectives and strategies laid out by your Supervisor. Independent Management: Take charge of the development and production process to ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery of orders. Seamless Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to efficiently tackle production and development challenges. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality and suitability of the customer’s production base, delivering optimal value and high-quality merchandise. Merchandising Flow Expertise: Understand and execute all steps from development to bulk shipment while keeping timelines in check (TNA). Pricing Negotiations & Quotations: Handle pricing discussions and prepare precise cost sheets, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and promptly address their inquiries. Requirements Minimum of 5-8 years of merchandising experience in the sweater industry. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Merchandiser post. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. In-depth knowledge of garment fitting, yarn, and knitting to provide constructive solutions and communicate well with buyers and factory technicians. Strong time management skills with the ability to execute projects efficiently. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in factory manufacturing is an advantage. Team-oriented and results-driven, with a knack for managing project timelines.
