IANG/TTPS/QMAS visa holders are welcome. Job Responsibilities Primarily responsible for the operation of financial business users, ensuring user activity and retention. Formulate differentiated marketing strategies for different user groups; collaborate with product and marketing teams to grow business scale through activities and product optimization. Focus on the activity experience of platform users, leveraging their preferences and characteristics to develop innovative activity gameplay and strategies, and promote activity iteration. Establish a comprehensive data tracking system, regularly produce effect review reports, and continuously optimize operational methods using data-driven insights. Collect, collate, and analyze competitive products, industry products, and related information; produce strategies and suggestions that drive business growth. Qualifications More than 3 years of experience in product or client operation, with preferred experience in financial product operation. Understanding of financial contract trading (e.g., gold, forex, digital currency) or relevant trading experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills, capable of independently designing comprehensive demand plans, efficiently coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Strong data analysis and application skills, adept at extracting and mining data value, continuously optimizing through data. Strong sense of responsibility, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and self-driven, actively advancing work progress and goal achievement. Professional speaking of Mandarin is a must.
