As the Financial Manager, you will be fully responsible for the financial operations and management of the Group's businesses in Hong Kong and the United States. You will serve as the critical link connecting global business operations with financial management, ensuring that accounting, taxation, and treasury management comply with local legal requirements and are efficient and accurate. Key Responsibilities Financial and Accounting Management: Oversee the complete accounting cycle for the Group's Hong Kong and US operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing. Ensure the accounting for the Hong Kong entity strictly adheres to the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS) and local tax regulations. Review and consolidate financial data for the US entity, ensuring compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). Taxation and Compliance: Manage tax filings for the Hong Kong and US companies, including Profits Tax, Value-Added Tax (VAT) / Sales Tax, and handle communications with tax authorities. Ensure all corporate entities comply with local statutory reporting and compliance requirements. Treasury and Banking Management: Be responsible for the Group's cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and management, optimizing capital efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for managing the company's relationships with relevant Hong Kong banks, covering financing, credit facilities, and daily banking operations. Business Support and Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and support for the e-commerce businesses and their holding companies in Hong Kong, the US, and Europe. Develop a deep understanding of the cross-border e-commerce business model, analyze business performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision‑making. Process Improvement: Continuously optimize financial operational processes and internal controls to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of cross-border financial operations. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; possession of a CPA (or equivalent) qualification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in a multinational corporation. Must have hands‑on experience in handling the full set of accounts for a Hong Kong entity and be proficient in Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations. Financial experience in the import/export trade or related industries; experience in the cross‑border e‑commerce industry will be a significant advantage. Fluent in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) as primary working languages. Additionally, the ability to conduct basic daily communication in Mandarin is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing the finances of a US subsidiary or familiarity with US GAAP and taxation. Experience in liaising with Hong Kong banks, familiar with corporate financing, foreign exchange management, and other banking services. Excellent communication, cross‑departmental collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
