Job Description As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a professional manner Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring readiness for meetings Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently Maintaining a clean and organized reception area; contact vendors for maintenance support Providing administrative support such as preparing periodic reports, visitor attendances record etc. Assisting in on-site events and activities Managing office supplies and procurement Supporting ad-hoc tasks as required by the team The Successful Applicant A successful Receptionist should have: 3-5 years\' experience in a similar reception or administrative role, ideally within Financial Services industry, or from hospitality background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy including meeting set-up Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks What\'s on Offer Competitive salary package Comprehensive medical plan Bonus scheme entitled Balanced and professional working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
