(Assistant / Deputy) Custody Manager, Settlement / Cash Management

- Manage and oversee the custody operation including settlement and clearing, corporate actions, FX cash management and reporting.
- Ensure that all services delivered are complying with current legislative and regulatory requirements and the Bank's operational risk guidelines.
- Evaluate and propose solutions on client requirements from operation and system perspectives.
- Drive operational changes and system enhancements to meet the changing need of the business.
- Participate in UAT tests and other ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Holder or above.
- 3 years or above experience in custody business.
- Overall understanding and knowledge about carious markets and investment instruments (eg. Equities, fixed incomes etc.) as well as their related operating modes, clearing and settlement procedures, law and regulations, commonly-used SWIFT formats etc.
- Familiar with different markets and operating requirements etc.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills to work with the team.
- Independent in thinking, arranging work and dealing with business partners or service providers; flexible and client-oriented in rendering client-fronting services.
- Meticulous with details; diligent and efficient in follow-through.
- Able to work effectively under pressure arisen from workload and time constraints.
- Keep abreast of the international market developments and industry initiatives.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Custody Officer.
