Business Analyst - Retail (APAC) - HKD 30,000 - 40,000/Month We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join the dynamic team at our retail client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail operations, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple key stakeholders, particularly in an APAC context. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing IT solutions, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with retail strategies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct thorough research on retail operations processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Work closely with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and timelines. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as necessary to meet business goals. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and define project scope. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on project status and outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in retail. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the retail sector. Proven experience in retail operations and understanding of retail processes, supply chain management, and customer experience. Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with diverse teams across APAC regions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Familiarity with retail management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
