Qualifications Requirements: 4 years of related experience in Call Center with at least 1 year supervisory experience, preferably within the travel industry. Customer-oriented with good communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite. Less Experienced Candidates: Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Call Center Supervisor.
