Customer Service Advisor, Claims Enquiry (Call Center) Responsibilities Deliver pre‑authorization results to members and handle enquiries throughout the pre‑authorization process in a professional and timely manner. Address members’ enquiries regarding pre‑authorization and claims details effectively and maintain satisfactory customer service quality. Provide, collect and manage customer data in full compliance with Bupa internal policies. Collaborate with customer service and claims teams to deliver a best‑in‑class end‑to‑end claims journey. Qualifications, Training and Experience Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service environment and/or exposure in insurance or financial industry. Good knowledge of healthcare and medical insurance products and operations. Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Strong sense of responsibility with a high level of integrity and trust. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing). Benefits 5 days’ work per week.
