Senior Marketing Executive

Online Shop Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the online shop, including order processing, sales performance tracking, and customer service support. Take ownership of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing team to successfully manage the product life cycle, from product launches to end‑of‑life strategies, ensuring product offerings remain competitive and updated. Promotional Campaigns: Design and execute engaging marketing programs and campaigns, including creating promotional materials such as banners and visuals for online shop promotions. Content Management: Regularly update the online shop’s content, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive insights, optimize web traffic, and enhance sales conversion rates across online channels. Competitive Benchmarking: Research and benchmark competitors to gain insights on emerging trends, new ideas, and potential opportunities for new channel development. Marketing Support: Prepare marketing program briefs and create high‑quality materials to support campaigns and promotional initiatives. The Person Degree holder in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration, with at least 4 years’ experience in related fields. Strong understanding of e‑commerce best practices, digital marketing, and campaign management. Analytical skills to assess sales performance, traffic data, and consumer behavior trends. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail. Collaborative mindset to partner with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, SCM, and Product teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
