Senior Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Marketing Execution Develop and propose comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Draft, execute, and review results of holistic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities. Digital Marketing Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, staying updated with algorithm changes and trends. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions. Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Public Relations (PR) & Partnerships Liaise with external parties, partners, and vendors to execute PR and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and collaborators to amplify brand exposure. E-Commerce & Content Management Administer Shopify (preferred but not mandatory), including setup, management, and campaign integration. Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and advertisements. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling to build long-term customer loyalty. Team Collaboration & Project Coordination Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing solutions. Collaborate on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events to achieve business goals. Job Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not required. 3–5 years of relevant experience, with solid marketing or PR experience. Prior experience in skincare or high-end retail sectors is highly preferred. Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Marketing Specialist role. Half-time also welcome. Skills & Expertise Expertise in social media direction development and content planning to drive engagement and ensure consistency across platforms. Knowledgeable in SEO, social media algorithms, and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Familiarity with Shopify administration and setup is an advantage. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to execute and review marketing plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Personal Attributes Sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Open-minded, collaborative, and able to work both independently and in a team.
