Job Description Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to support procurement objectives and drive long-term value. Lead supplier contract negotiations to secure favourable commercial terms, service levels, and risk mitigation. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance, innovation, and reliability. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and sourcing innovations. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals. Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements. Analyse supplier performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and cost. Proactively manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to ensure continuity of supply. The Successful Applicant A Bachelor Degree Holder's in Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management or a related field. Proven experience in strategic sourcing within the industrial or manufacturing sector, specially in Greater China Area, SEA region (Vietnam) . Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
