Job Title VP, Product Mgmt Lead Analyst (Internal Job Title: Product Mgmt Lead Analyst - C13), based in Hong Kong. Overview We’re seeking a senior professional to join Citi Wealth’s product management team. The role focuses on driving product strategy, optimizing portfolio performance, and managing key network relationships within Hong Kong’s cards ecosystem. Responsibilities Maintain and evolve relationships with Mastercard and Visa, ensuring compliance with network rules and facilitating approvals for customer‑facing initiatives. Optimize card portfolio health through retention strategies, EOP stabilization workstream, and Annual Fee strategy implementation. Day‑to‑day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience, and communication strategies; prioritize work, negotiate resources, and remove obstacles. Provide informal guidance and on‑the‑job training to new team members. Oversee client and competitor research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and support product managers with commoditization challenges. Contribute to acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals; oversee identification and execution of opportunities. Implement team procedures, resolve client problems, and manage client relationships. Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws and policies, and report control issues transparently. Qualifications 8‑10 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field. Knowledge of network management, marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics. Ability to work unsupervised, adjust priorities quickly, and manage deadlines under pressure. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
