About Our Client My client is a family office. Job Description Finance & Accounting responsibilities: Maintain accurate bookkeeping records (accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, expense tracking). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the family office. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure liquidity and financial planning. Oversee investment records, including dividends, interest, and capital gains tracking. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and banks. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements. Administration & Office Management responsibilities: Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks (correspondence, filing, document management). Manage contracts, insurance policies, and vendor relationships. Organise travel arrangements, appointments, and scheduling for family members. Maintain confidential records and ensure data security. Support personal and household administration as required (property management, service providers, etc.). Compliance & Governance responsibilities: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and fiduciary obligations. Maintain corporate records, board minutes, and statutory filings. Act as point of contact for legal advisors and regulatory authorities. The Successful Applicant A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Minimum 5 years of working experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. An analytical mindset with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
