Risk and Operations Junior Manager, Family Office Our client is a leading Asian Family Office with a large AUM, lean team and entrepreneurial approach. They seek a risk manager who also has exposure to accounting, operations, and investor data reporting. Ideal candidates will have a strong hedge fund background, data management and analytics skills, and thrive in fast‑paced environments requiring independent thinking and precision. Open to candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience. Preference for those from lean teams or start‑ups, and who are tech‑savvy. Title depends on experience and skill set. Responsibilities The chief responsibility of the role will be to manage the risk reports of several SMA’s that the Family Office invests in. These require organisation. This will best suit someone who has experience of high trading volumes Support fund accounting and operations with the controller Review NAV estimates and perform reconciliations Maintain portfolio data and performance attribution analysis Monitor trade processes and prime broker reporting Coordinate subscriptions/redemptions with fund admin Liaise with service providers (prime broker, advisors, compliance, IT, etc.) Requirements Fluent in Mandarin and English 1–5 years of relevant experience from another hedge fund or Family Office (in fund operations, audit, or administration) Solid understanding of risk, trade operations and fund accounting Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with EMS/OMS/PMS systems Detail‑oriented data analysis skills Project management and multitasking ability Independent, communicative, and collaborative personality Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, math, economics, or related Interested parties can approach Lote and Partners for more information.
