Personal Lending Product Manager

Responsibilities Drive personal lending product to deliver business target and objectives Digitalize loan business and improve customer experience through benchmarking against digitally advanced banks Propose pricing strategy ensuring the profitability of business based on program nature, business objectives, targets and predicted behaviour Work with different sale channels and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of programs Monitor market trend and conduct competitive analysis Actively work with project team & associated departments leading the projects related to personal lending product Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry practices for all programs and projects Qualifications University degree with minimum 5 years personal ending business experience, preferably in credit card (card on loans) / loan / consumer banking Proven ability to communicate effectively and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams Sensitive to market changes and strong business acumen with excellent project management skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin About the Company China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited (“CCB (Asia)”) is the comprehensive and integrated commercial banking platform of China Construction Bank Corporation (“CCB”) in Hong Kong.
