Head of Personal Lending Product, Credit Card and Consumer Finance Lead the personal lending team to formulate strategies and plan to deliver the financial KPIs including loans on card and personal loans drawdown, loan outstanding, revenue and achieve the business target. Responsibilities Initiate new/enhanced products and processes fitting the business and market needs based on customer analytics, COF and bank wide risk appetite in order to acquire new business, retain & grow AR, reduce operation costs and enhance product profitability. Formulate business and marketing direction for related divisions to execute and implement appropriate product initiatives, digital initiatives and marketing programs. Work with credit, risk, sales channels and operation to facilitate appropriate loan approval, credit policy & credit control, sales target, incentive plan and process flow in order to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency. Robustly monitor and analyse program results and recommend improvement. Be the driver to develop and enhance the related system and alternative channels, i.e. online and mobile applications, to facilitate a better customer journey and more efficient business capability. Actively work with agile team & related divisions to support and deliver the Agile projects related to Loans on card and Personal loans. Ensure the team is in compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines, including but not limited to anti‑money laundering and counter‑financing of terrorism. Qualifications University degree with minimum 8–10 years of business experience, preferably in personal lending/loan/consumer banking areas with digitalisation exposure. Aggressive, result‑oriented, good management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Sensitive to market with strong business acumen. Strong marketing execution skills from research, communication to promotion and good project management skills. Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English.
