Learn more at Job Overview We are a fast-growing insurance brokerage firm with rapidly expanding frontline consultants and back-office teams. To support our continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong process optimisation skills, compliance understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and employee relations. Review, streamline and enhance HR processes, policies and SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance. Work closely with business units (frontline consultants, compliance, operations) to understand manpower needs and provide timely HR support. Handle licensing administration for consultants and technical representatives, including registration, de-registration, updates and compliance documentation. Ensure HR practices comply with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare manpower reports to support management decision-making. Support company culture initiatives, staff training programmes and internal communication activities. Requirements Minimum 5 years of HR experience , preferably in insurance brokerage, insurance, banking or financial services. Practical experience in HR operations, workflow optimisation and policy development. Solid knowledge of the Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and ability to handle HR matters independently. Experience in handling licensing processes for consultants/technical representatives is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills. Proactive, adaptable, well‑organised, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Proficient in MS Office / M365; experience with HR systems or process automation is a plus.
