We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at a leading insurance brokerage firm in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth operations in recruitment, employee records management, and event coordination. This role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the company’s growth in the competitive insurance sector. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update staff records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Hong Kong employment regulations. Support interview scheduling, including coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and external parties. Assist in CV screening and initial candidate assessments to identify qualified applicants. Assist in organizing and executing internal company events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations. Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to various HR-related tasks and initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-8 years of stable work experience in HR administration, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for Data Management and PowerPoint for Presentations. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality. Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
