Chief Property Asset Manager / Senior Property Asset Manager Responsible for integrating people, work processes and physical assets to deliver quality services to clients. Responsibilities General property management / facility management services including space and business operations coordination, business and operational continuity, customer service enhancement, health and safety of the facilities and property, financial planning and monitoring, facilities maintenance and improvement, day-to-day operation such as cleaning and hygiene, security control, concierge service, landscaping, signage and car park management. Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee the overall management of a portfolio of properties. Supervise, monitor and control the customer service standards, quality and performance of the properties. Develop and implement improvement plans; review services contracts regularly and make improvement proposals. Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from the customers and provide effective solutions. Able to maintain good relationship with all internal and external customers. Perform other ad hoc projects and tasks. Qualifications Degree holder in Property / Housing Management / Hotel and Hospital Management / Real Estate / Surveying or equivalent. Experience in managing large‑scale residential complexes is required and a definite advantage. Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RICS, HKIS, HKIFM, IFMA or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ experience at managerial level and proven track record in managing sizeable projects. Mature, self‑driven, detail‑oriented, flexible with strong client management. Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua). Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 5‑day work week (subject to the site's operation guideline). Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Property Asset Manager.
