Citybase Property Management Limited PMC Licence Number: C- Responsibilities Responsible for overall supervision on operations of assigned properties with proper monitoring on budgeting, quality assurance, and customer service. Requirements Degree in Property/Facility Management or related disciplines. Professional membership(s) of RPHM, CIH, HKIH, PMP (Tier 1) or equivalent. At least 15 years of relevant experience, of which 7 years at the management level. Conversant with DMC, BMO and related ordinances. Proven experience in managing shopping malls is a must. Excellent negotiation, project management, problem solving skills, and possesses a strong, clear vision to enhance the company’s market position. Able to work independently and dynamically to ensure high quality of services being delivered. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
